• Each vase is handcrafted, making every piece unique; variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

• Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damaged product and packaging.

• If a claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or offer store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.
